Returns and exchanges
Thank you for shopping on the Fook Ming Tang website! We hope you like the products you ordered, but if you change your mind when you receive the products, according to the terms and conditions, no refunds will be given as this is food. Please note that the terms listed below only apply to online store purchases, and products ordered online cannot be returned in physical stores.
If customers find any problems with the product after receiving the goods, they must keep the purchase receipt and report it to the company (info@fookmington.com) via email within 7 days after receipt, so that the company can make further arrangements and processing.
Goods that have been used, modified, damaged or incompletely packaged will not be returned, and the company reserves the right to assess the condition of the goods.
Unless the product itself is defective or has been sent by mistake, the return shipping fee will not be refunded and the customer must bear the relevant shipping costs.
